Scope
This policy covers personal data that you may voluntarily share when contacting 2ACD via the published channels on the Contact page: email (mailto), WhatsApp or telephone.
The online contact form submission is currently disabled. When it is re-enabled with an authenticated server channel, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
No analytics cookies or advertising trackers are installed on the site at the time of this text.
Data collected
Depending on the channel you use: the email address or telephone number you write from, the content of your message, and any personal details you choose to include (for example name, organisation, or a selected contact topic when using the prefilled email or WhatsApp templates).
2ACD does not operate an active online form processor on the public site in the current configuration.
Purposes
Respond to partnership, project, documentation, press, application, support or other institutional requests.
Organise follow-up by authorised 2ACD contacts.
Retention period

Messages received by email, WhatsApp or telephone are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and for legitimate institutional follow-up, subject to applicable law and internal association rules.
Recipients
Messages are handled by authorised 2ACD contacts only (notably via contact@2acd.ml and the published telephone / WhatsApp numbers).
Your email or messaging provider is involved when you initiate contact from your own device.
No sale of personal data.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS in production.
When online form submission is reactivated later, server-side protections (validation, rate limiting, honeypot and/or equivalent measures) will apply and will be described here.

Third-party services
No third-party form or analytics provider is activated in the current build for website contact submission.
WhatsApp and telephone communications use the services of the respective operators chosen by the user and by 2ACD.
