The Association Action Citoyenne pour le Développement (2ACD) was created in 2025.
The association was declared on 23 July 2025; registration receipt N° 103/CKTI was issued on 25 July 2025 by the Prefecture of the Cercle of Kati.
As a Malian citizen-action association, 2ACD works notably in agriculture, environment and climate, public health, professional inclusion, and peace and citizenship.
Its ambition is to design and deliver concrete initiatives with communities, build responsible partnerships and report transparently.
